The Interactive Map of Climate Change (MICA) of the Antioquia Region, Colombia, offers the opportunity to build scientific knowledge from an integrated perspective and understand some scopes, limitations and implications of science and technology in society. The MICA perspective makes it possible to make visible the various processes that relate scientific and technological knowledge with the construction of society, and vice versa, allowing to engage with critical thinking in daily life and contribute to the exercise of a participatory and conscious citizenship. Educatively communicating scientific knowledge and technological development in the framework of Climate Change is essential for the future well-being of society, since adaptations, mitigations in this area will allow progress in appropriate measures for the conservation and protection of the environment in the Region of Antioquia, Colombia.
